    Newly Recruited Police Constables Complete Training in Gadwal

    Multi Zone-II Inspector General (IG) V. Sathya Narayana has encouraged newly selected police constables to bring pride to their families and hometowns by serving the public with dedication and maintaining a disciplined lifestyle.

    The passing-out parade took place at the 10th Battalion in Erravalli, celebrating the completion of nine months of rigorous training. The constables were recruited from the districts of Nizamabad, Mulugu, and Hyderabad. Commandant Sambayya supervised the event, while IG Sathya Narayana and District Superintendent of Police (SP) T. Srinivasa Rao attended as chief guests.

    During his address, IG Sathya Narayana highlighted that 522 recruits had successfully finished their training and officially joined the police force. He stressed the importance of maintaining law and order, noting that a peaceful environment attracts investments and creates more job opportunities for the youth. The IG assured that new police recruitment notifications would continue to be issued regularly.

    He acknowledged the challenges of police work, emphasizing that it often requires personal sacrifices. However, he reminded the recruits of the public’s high expectations and urged them to meet those expectations by providing outstanding service. He also emphasized that every role in the police force, no matter how small, is valuable, with the ultimate goal being to serve the public.

    Commandant Sambayya expressed pride in the recruits for their successful completion of the training program, which included access to modern facilities. He praised the dedication of the training officers, including Reserve Inspectors (RIs), Assistant Reserve Sub-Inspectors (ARSIs), and constables, who ensured the recruits were well-prepared for their duties.

    The parade was a grand celebration attended by the recruits’ families. Cultural programs added to the festive atmosphere. The IG and SP presented awards to the top performers in various categories, including parade commander, outdoor training, indoor training, firing, and overall excellence.

    The event was also attended by Assistant Commandants Narender Reddy, Srinivas, and Pani, along with other Reserve Inspectors, Reserve Sub-Inspectors, and battalion staff.
