    18,168 Cases Settled in National Lok Adalat: District Principal Judge D. Rajesh Babu

    In Nagar Kurnool district, the third National Lok Adalat was held, where 18,168 cases were resolved. A total of ₹38,47,389 was given to the claimants. This was announced by District Principal Judge D. Rajesh Babu. The event was organized by the District Legal Services Authority and took place on Saturday in different court locations, including Nagar Kurnool, Kalwakurthy, Achampet, and Kollapur. Ten benches were set up to oversee the cases.

    During the event at the Nagar Kurnool district court, Judge D. Rajesh Babu spoke about the success of settling cases peacefully. He thanked everyone who helped in the process, including judges, lawyers, and officials. Senior Civil Judge Sabitha, Principal Junior Civil Judge Maunika, First Additional Junior Civil Judge Mamata Reddy, and Second Additional Junior Civil Judge Srinidhi also helped in settling disputes. Police officers, bank representatives, and insurance company officials were present to assist as well.

    The district judge pointed out that the National Lok Adalat has given complete relief to those involved in the settled cases. Senior Civil Judge Sabitha added that many disputes between couples were resolved through peaceful discussions. She praised the Lok Adalat for its openness and said that reconciliation is a good way forward for all parties. The event saw the participation of claimants, lawyers, police officers, bank representatives, and excise officials.
