The Speaker requested opposition members to maintain decorum and allow the Minister to present the budget. On Wednesday, the Speaker suspended 12 TDP MLAs and one rebel MLA of the ruling Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) for disrupting House proceedings.
